Tampa Day 2

Today after more school we went to the University of Tampa. After the Civil War, a man named Henry Plant connected Florida with a large railroad system. He built fancy hotels to lure people to come down and visit, and this was his most impressive. During the Spanish-American War, it become a base for officers. Today it’s preserved as a college and a museum.
