Gilchrist Springs

Today we stopped at Gilchrist Springs. The water was so clear and blue. It was cold but it was worth it to swim. There were lots of little fishies swimming around. Will tried to catch one but obviously didn’t. The best part of the spring was the deep blue part. It must have been at least 20 feet deep and was beautiful.

We also went on a hike to look at other springs. These ones weren’t as desirable to swim in. We heard a super loud woodpecker banging his head into a tree. The trail was also pretty muddy, but I’m glad I went.
