Today started bright and early! Sanibel Island is said to be the shelling capital of the world. We had no trouble finding lots really pretty shells. We also saw a dolphin that was only about 10 feet away.

Our next activity was a nature boat tour. We saw lots of manatees and birds. The mangroves forests served as perfect sanctuaries for the birds so they were all over. We even saw some baby osprey.

And of course, we ended the day by going back and swimming. The beach got crowded, but the water was nice and warm.
